The status of actions against the 2009 Parish Plan was reported to the Parish Council in July 2011, and are listed below.
HOUSING
1. Ongoing discussions with EHDC
2. In hand specifically in relationship to Green Lane Development
3. The Core Strategy ( Part of Local Development Framework ) is due to be completed by the end of this year and this action will be progressed then.
4. Included in Strategy and Role of Clanfield which forms part of the Core Strategy
TRANSPORT/ROADS
5. Completed – rejected by Highways Agency due to associated costs.
6. Partially completed : Green Lane traffic survey and independent consultants report, concern expressed to EHDC at Planning Meetings; parking limits agreed adjacent to South Lane and Drift Road shops (also relevant to business section ); ongoing discussions with regard to Rising Sun crossing; maintenance ongoing with frequent requests to HCC. 8. Work complete – declined due to budget restraints.
9. Memorial Hall Trustees have released parking at Hall for use by Middle School.

LEISURE AND RECREATION
14. Consolidating results of 2 Parish surveys and Parish Plan as part of Green Lane Community Facility discussions.

15. Ongoing, monthly representation at Police Liaison Meetings
16. Included in above discussions.
17. CPC supported Speed Watch campaign with finance and personnel. Wider work included in Hampshire Local Transport Plan.
ENVIRONMENT
18. Allotments included in Outline Planning Application for
20. Investigations in hand to create new footpaths and developing network of paths and cycleways forms part of Hampshire Local Transport Plan.
